We work with playable developers and coordinators that turn a game into an HTML interactive ad experience. Your main mission will be to produce high-performing ads by creating and uploading them to our various ad networks.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Role</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for talented individuals interested in creating playable ads that let users try our games! To succeed in this role, you need extensive Unity development experience with a past of creating unique user experiences for a global audience. You will be converting existing games into playable ads and collaborating on the creation of tools for other interactive ad formats. </p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Transform existing games into interactive user experiences</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimize playable ads for the best user experience, scalability, and adaptability</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Integrate an analytics solution to measure interactions and gain insights to offer the best user experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build interactive playable templates that can be customized by graphic designers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to cross-functional initiatives (e.g. testing new tools, implementing new processes, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hypercasual, casual, consumer apps, etc.)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h1><strong>Profile</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fully proficient in playable ad creation or in developing Unity projects (size optimized to be used as playable)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience creating playable ads in Unity (Luna), Cocos Creator or any relevant platform</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Adequate knowledge of object-oriented programming and web game development</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent in English, both oral and written</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years of experience in a similar role</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual games</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Creative mindset and knowledge in game design</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with 3rd party SDKs, analytics, and A/B testing in mobile games (preferred but not essential)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and asset generation (Scenario, Flux, ElevenLabs)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h1><strong>Benefits</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive salary and other benefits according to the country you reside in.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><em>Full remote for candidates based abroad, with relocation to Paris subject to discussion.
