Our daily mission is to protect, prolong and improve patients' lives in the fight against cancer.</p> <p>To strengthen our team in Nuremberg-Schwarzenbruck, we are looking for:</p> <p><strong>Software &#x26; Hardware Test Engineer (m/f/d) – Medical Devices</strong></p> <p>As part of our international test team, you will ensure that our software and hardware products meet the highest quality standards. You will guide our products throughout the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept through market release, making a direct contribution to patient safety.</p> <p>We value curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a passion for quality. Whether you are just starting your career or already have extensive testing experience, you will find an environment where you can take ownership, learn from knowledgeable colleagues, and continuously grow both professionally and personally.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Ensure our products are safe, reliable, and ready for clinical use in radiation therapy.</li> <li>Analyze and evaluate requirements for completeness, testability, and quality.</li> <li>Develop test strategies, test concepts, and test plans for all phases of the development lifecycle.</li> <li>Design, create, and document manual and automated test cases for system and integration testing.</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of our test automation solutions and help shape future testing approaches.</li> <li>Perform functional, non-functional, integration, system, and regression testing.</li> <li>Document, analyze, and track defects in collaboration with development teams through to successful resolution.</li> <li>Work closely with international project teams and actively contribute to improving our products and processes.</li> <li>Communicate test progress, quality metrics, and project risks to stakeholders.</li> <li>Play an active role in the continuous improvement of our testing methods and quality processes.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p>We are looking for curious and analytical individuals who enjoy understanding how things work and are passionate about building quality into every stage of development.
