This role sits at the intersection of business requirements and technical execution, partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and implementation partners to ensure successful, future-proof solutions and timely customer launches. </span></p><p><span style="color: #121317">As a Solution Architect, you will own solution design from pre-sales through early site launch, translating complex business needs into clear technical architectures while ensuring alignment with platform capabilities, best practices, and partner delivery models. </span></p><br /><br /><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Solution Design &amp; Architecture</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> </span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Lead in-depth technical discovery sessions to understand customer business models, requirements, constraints, and success criteria </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Design end-to-end ecommerce architectures, including core platform configuration, integrations, custom extensions, and third-party technologies </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Define architectural patterns, data flows, and integration strategies aligned with best practices for scalability, performance, and security </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Evaluate trade-offs between custom development and out-of-the-box capabilities </span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Implementation Support</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> </span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Act as the primary technical advisor in the implementation process, supporting partners with development, integrations, and launches. </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Collaborate with Sales on deal strategy, scope definition, effort estimation, and risk assessment </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Clearly communicate technical concepts, assumptions, and constraints to both technical and executive stakeholders </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Support proof-of-concepts and technical validations when required </span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Partner &amp; Delivery Collaboration</span></strong><span style="color: #121317"> </span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Work closely with agency and SI partners to validate delivery approaches and ensure architectural alignment </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Review partner solution designs and implementation plans to ensure adherence to platform best practices </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Support onboarding and early delivery phases to ensure smooth customer launches </span></p></li><li><p><span style="color: #121317">Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the project lifecycle </span></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong><span style="color: #121317">Platform &amp;
