Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing, you'll play a key role in winning complex enterprise opportunities and ensuring customers have confidence in our solution.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Core skills and experience</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enterprise pre-sales, Solutions Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Leading technical discovery and qualification using frameworks such as SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar methodologies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Delivering engaging, value-based product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enterprise identity and access management concepts, including SSO, SAML, SCIM, role-based access control, and user provisioning.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">APIs, integrations, and modern SaaS architectures.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Security reviews, technical questionnaires, RFPs, and working with procurement and security teams throughout the buying process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Communicating confidently with both technical and executive stakeholders, including CISOs, security teams, procurement, data protection, and compliance teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborating effectively with Account Executives, Customer Success, Product, and Product Marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.</p></li></ul><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><p style="min-height:1.5em">AI literacy<br />We're looking for someone who is comfortable using AI as part of their day-to-day workflow.
