You keep every account running like clockwork and run point on operations to maximize the impact of Mistral's resources.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a hands-on role for someone who blends consulting-grade strategic thinking with the pragmatism of an operator, who embeds in their accounts and owns the outcome, and who brings AI into the day-to-day of the account.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the operational backbone of the account, you will <strong>act as the Chief of Staff to the Program Lead,</strong> to ensure Mistral sets the high standard for execution, speed, and collaboration with the client. Your role blends <strong>strategic governance</strong>, <strong>hands-on project management</strong>, <strong>operational innovation</strong>, and <strong>internal automation</strong> to keep initiatives on track and stakeholders aligned.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h3><strong>Governance &amp; Strategic Alignment</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure the Program Lead’s vision is clearly articulated and adopted by both Mistral’s account team and the client</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive alignment between client stakeholders and Mistral teams to ensure shared priorities and high-quality delivery standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership through weekly cadences, steering committee prep, and risk dashboards.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Strategic Scoping &amp; Value Definition</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, operating model, and strategic priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with the Program Lead and Account team to scope transformative programs, identify and define use cases, and build a clear business case and value framework</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate strategic ambition into measurable outcomes and track the long-term business impact of each program</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Delivery &amp; Execution</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own delivery frameworks: timelines, milestones, reporting, proactively securing commitments and flagging risks or delays early.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Optimize delivery processes by identifying friction points and standardizing workflows to enhance quality and predictability.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Operational Innovation &amp; Automation</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and enhance Mistral’s platform and internal tools to empower program delivery with scalable, tailored solutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Automate workflows to eliminate manual friction in planning, reporting, and follow-ups, accelerating execution and reducing operational overhead</p></li></ul><h2><strong><br />Who you are</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic operator.</strong> You bring 3–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or as a Chief of Staff in top startup/scale-up, with the structured thinking, adaptability, and clear communication that comes with it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>AI-fluent</strong>. You genuinely use AI tools to automate your own work: drafting, analysis, reporting, PMO tasks. You're comfortable building and iterating on automations, not just prompting a chatbot.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>High agency</strong>. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you close it, and you raise the standard as you go.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Customer-centric</strong>. You can hold a room with senior enterprise stakeholders and translate between business strategy and technical delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Meticulous and reliable</strong>. Ownership to the last detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Adaptable</strong>.
