Solutions Architect - Germany

We are seeking an experienced <strong>Solutions Architect</strong> to help expand our presence in the region by empowering customers and users to unlock the full potential of ClickHouse. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Our ideal candidate is a <strong>technical thought leader</strong> with strong customer facing skills, capable of bridging business objectives with technical solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on how to leverage ClickHouse for real time analytics, cloud native applications, and enterprise-scale workloads.</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate complex business and technical requirements into <strong>scalable solution designs</strong>, covering architecture, migrations, workflows, and data visualization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work directly with stakeholders across every level; from the <strong>C-suite to data scientists and developers</strong>, to enable customer success.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and capabilities, driving adoption and securing strategic commitments.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Apply a <strong>solution based approach</strong> to demonstrate and deliver customer value.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead new initiatives that help customers transform raw data into actionable insights aligned with their business outcomes.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>5+ of experience</strong> with open source software business models; strong proficiency in <strong>cloud and infrastructure technologies</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands on experience with <strong>scalable, highly available distributed systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to create <strong>proofs of concept (POCs)</strong> and <strong>reference implementations</strong> that drive customer adoption.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience deploying applications or selling into environments with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiarity with <strong>database programming and data modeling</strong></p></li></ul><h3><strong>Perks</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Flexible work environment</strong> - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly.
