Your mission is to bridge the gap between commercial needs and the technical possibilities of our platform.</span></p><p><span style="color:#646363">Your core responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Supporting French Expansion:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Providing local technical support to overcome language barriers and accelerate IXON’s adoption in France.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Technical Expertise:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Understanding and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Solution Selling:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Adopting a solution-selling approach to resolve specific customer challenges.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Entrepreneurial Mindset:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Working independently in a start-up environment, taking initiative, and proposing innovative ideas. Sales will still be part of your role as you have to convince the customer of the IXON product.</span></p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><span style="color:#021752">This makes you successful&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#646363">You possess a hybrid profile, combining a solid technical background with the natural communication skills needed to support the sales process.</span></p><p><span style="color:#646363">You recognize yourself in the following:</span></p><ul><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Education:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> A </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">Bac +4/5 degree</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> in engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Experience:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> A </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">Mid </span></strong><span style="color:#646363">profile with </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">5+ years of experience</span></strong><span style="color:#646363">.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Industry Expertise:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Strong knowledge in </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">Automation</span></strong><span style="color:#646363">, </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">IIoT</span></strong><span style="color:#646363">, or </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">SaaS</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> (at least one of these fields).</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Languages:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> Native </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">French speaking</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> and Professional to fluent </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">English</span></strong><span style="color:#646363">.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#646363">Location:</span></strong><span style="color:#646363"> You live within a </span><strong><span style="color:#646363">30km drive of Saint-Priest</span></strong><span style="color:#646363">, to regularly join our french office.
