<p style="text-align:start;">Rattaché.e à l’équipe Qualité, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Chef de projets Qualité ainsi que le service Production. Vous intervenez en support pour effectuer différentes tâches liées principalement à la gestion du SAV.</p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u>SAV</u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">· Traitement des réclamations internes qui émanent de différents canaux (ecom, retail, wholesale)</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Analyse technique de défectuosité</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Apporter une solution de réparation des produits lorsque possible</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Organiser le suivi des marchandises défectueuses entre clients, siège et fabricants</p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u>Reporting et communication</u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">· Enrichir le référentiel défaut</p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u>Contrôle qualité</u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">· Renfort au contrôle qualité en entrepôt lors de pics saisonniers</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Déplacement en entrepôt à prévoir.</p><p style="text-align:start;"><strong><u>Cahier des charges</u></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;">· Rédaction de cahiers des charges à destination des fabricants</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p> <br> <p style="text-align:start;">· Sensibilité produit</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Connaissances techniques appréciées</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Pack Office, bonne connaissance d’Excel nécessaire</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Bon niveau d’anglais</p><p style="text-align:start;">· Bonne communication écrite et orale</p><p><strong><span style="color:#000000">Stage de 6 mois conventionné par un établissement reconnu par l’Etat uniquement, à pourvoir en SEPTEMBRE 2026</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:start;min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Find more <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.fr/english-speaking-jobs">English Speaking Jobs in France</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
