Strategic Account Executive

As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll own our most important accounts — a focused set of the largest, most complex enterprises — and the multi-year relationships that turn them into marquee customers.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is enterprise selling at its most strategic: long cycles, many stakeholders, seven-figure stakes. You'll orchestrate pursuit teams, earn trust at the top of the organization, and land and expand within the logos that define our market.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you'll do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own a focused portfolio of our largest, most strategic accounts, and the strategy to win and grow them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build multi-year account plans and multi-threaded relationships across the enterprise</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Earn trusted-advisor status with C-level leaders (CDO, CIO, CTO)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams — Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and executive sponsors</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead complex, high-value negotiations and procurement processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Land and expand within marquee accounts, growing our footprint over time</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">7+ years closing large, complex enterprise deals, including six- and seven-figure contracts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A track record landing and growing Fortune 500 or otherwise marquee accounts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mastery of strategic account planning and multi-threaded, executive-level selling</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The patience and rigor for long cycles, and the presence to lead them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Command of MEDDPICC (or a comparable framework) to qualify and drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Bonus points for</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience selling data, AI, or infrastructure software</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Selling a new category, or into regulated enterprises</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Why Validio</strong> <br />Founded in Sweden in 2019, we're trusted by data-driven enterprises like Nordea, Canva, and Truecaller.
