<h2>Your new role</h2> <p>As a Strategic Partnership Manager (all genders), you will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships and identifying new enterprise opportunities for NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions. You will strengthen existing strategic partnerships while identifying and developing new opportunities across the UK market. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a collaborative, international environment.</p> <h2>The work you‘ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Strengthen and expand strategic partnerships to drive sustainable business growth.</li> <li>Identify, develop, and grow new strategic partnerships and enterprise customer relationships across the UK market.</li> <li>Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract signing.</li> <li>Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and understand their business challenges.</li> <li>Present NFON's cloud communication and AI-powered solutions with a consultative, customer-centric approach.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.</li> <li>Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM tools.</li> <li>Achieve and exceed agreed business targets while contributing to team success.</li> </ul> <h2>The qualifications you need</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development with a track record of acquiring and growing key accounts.</li> <li>Experience with SaaS or other recurring revenue business models.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners such as telecommunications providers, hyperscalers, or technology partners.</li> <li>Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.</li> <li>A self-driven, structured approach with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li> <li>Interest in AI, cloud communication technologies, and digital transformation.</li> <li>Proficiency in English.
