You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design and build leading processes and products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl.
