As an <strong>Operations Manager (f/m/d)</strong>, you will launch and run our first line end-to-end: Turning concepts into reality, managing partners, and delivering on commercial and operational KPIs while building and leading your own team.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare our launch: Take over major strategic projects with multiple external key partners such as train workshops, manufacturers, leasing companies, engineering partners and regulators</li> <li>Run the first line: Bring our first train on the tracks managing multiple partners and bring your own concepts to reality</li> <li>Think from scratch: You will co-lead the first operational base with the management team and will be responsible for defining and meeting commercial and operational KPIs on the first line</li> <li>Build and lead your team: After the groundwork is done, hire, lead and develop an operational team who makes Nox the most loved travel brand in Europe</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>You have 3+ years in Operations Management, General Management, product / market launches or similar experience</li> <li>You are a strong executor who strictly prioritises on what matters most, without losing the bigger picture</li> <li>You use relevant data and (AI) tools to base strategic decisions on, while mixing it with a confident “business gut feeling”</li> <li>Professional experience in leading people and/or large projects is a plus</li> <li>German proficiency of C2, Fluent in English, every other language is a plus</li> </ul> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>A small, young and powerful team with diverse backgrounds, visions and skills</li> <li>A culture built on flat hierarchies, zero corporate politics and plenty of room for you to grow</li> <li>A chance to build one of the most influential products in European mobility and hospitality</li> <li>A competitive start-up salary combined with employee stock options</li> <li>A lot of new things.
