<h6>As Studio Director, you will lead the end-to-end operation of&nbsp;Suitsupply's&nbsp;photo studio, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality visual assets across every customer touchpoint. You will drive operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and technology enablement, partnering closely with Creative, Brand, Merchandising, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Production teams. This role calls for a strong operational mindset,&nbsp;balancing&nbsp;quality, speed, cost, and capacity while&nbsp;identifying&nbsp;opportunities to simplify processes and increase productivity. You will own the studio's technology roadmap, including AI-driven solutions, and lead a cross-functional network of photographers, stylists,&nbsp;retouchers, and producers. Your leadership will directly shape the scalability, efficiency, and creative output of one of&nbsp;Suitsupply's&nbsp;core content production functions.&nbsp;</h6> <h5>What You Will Do&nbsp;</h5> <ul> <li>Lead day-to-day studio operations — managing capacity, resource allocation, schedules, and workload planning — and ensure output is delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate photographers, stylists,&nbsp;retouchers, and producers, and establish KPIs and reporting to track throughput, turnaround,&nbsp;utilization, and quality.&nbsp;</li> <li>Own and continuously improve end-to-end studio workflows, using production data and bottleneck analysis to&nbsp;eliminate&nbsp;inefficiencies and drive scalable ways of working.&nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate, implement, and&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;technologies for production planning, asset management, and workflow automation,&nbsp;leveraging&nbsp;AI to accelerate content production and improve quality control.&nbsp;</li> <li>Build business cases for technology investments and drive adoption across the studio team, partnering with Technology and Digital teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as the primary operational point of contact for studio matters across Creative, Brand, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, E-commerce, and Production teams.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage external partners — retouching, production, equipment, and technology vendors — negotiating contracts and rates to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Own the studio operating budget across external retouching, tooling, technology, equipment, and resources,&nbsp;monitoring&nbsp;productivity,&nbsp;utilization, and costs to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;spend.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support strategic planning and future studio capability development.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h5>Who You Are&nbsp;</h5> <ul> <li>10+ years in studio operations, content production, or related operational leadership, with proven experience managing high-volume production in fashion, retail, e-commerce, or a comparable industry.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong operational and analytical mindset, using data and metrics to improve workflows, simplify processes, and drive efficiency.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience implementing&nbsp;new technologies, workflow management systems, and AI-enabled solutions; hands-on with platforms such as Creative Force, Photoshop, and Figma.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong project, stakeholder, and resource management skills across competing priorities and deadlines.&nbsp;</li> <li>Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets, vendors, and operational performance.&nbsp;</li> <li>Self-directed, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, with strong ownership and accountability.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in Photography, Creative Production, Operations Management, Business Administration, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field is preferred.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h5>What You Will Get&nbsp;</h5> <ul> <li>Autonomy: We empower you to take ownership, make meaningful decisions, and drive impact without layers of sign-off.&nbsp;</li> <li>Growth: We see your potential as a key asset.
