Wonderful — then we’re good to go.</p><p></p><p><strong>What will you be doing on a daily basis?</strong></p><ul><li>Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.</li><li>Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.</li><li>Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.</li><li>Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.</li><li>Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.</li><li>Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.</li><li>Work closely with some of the best in the business - we’re incredibly proud of our team, and we’re excited to have you onboard!</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Sounds good, right?
