Following our $30M Series A, we're growing quickly – and hiring exceptional people is key to our next stage.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Intern</strong>, you'll work closely with our People &amp; Culture team and hiring managers across Engineering, Product and Go-to-Market. You'll take real ownership across the recruiting funnel and help us find and hire exceptional talent.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source top talent across technical and commercial roles using LinkedIn and other channels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and manage candidate pipelines for our most critical positions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create personalized outreach and engage high-potential candidates</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screen candidates and increasingly take ownership of first interviews</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with hiring managers to understand profiles and develop effective search strategies</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage candidate communication and ensure a great candidate experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track recruiting metrics and help improve our sourcing and hiring processes</p></li></ul><h2>Your Profile</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're excited about recruiting, startups and technology</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You enjoy researching people and quickly understand what makes a strong profile</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You communicate confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You're fluent in German and English</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience in recruiting, sales, consulting or a startup is a plus, but not required</p></li></ul><h2>Why Lio?</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Real ownership:</strong> Work on actual hiring processes from day one</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>High impact:</strong> Directly contribute to building Lio's team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Steep learning curve:</strong> Learn how to identify and attract top talent in AI and B2B SaaS</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Direct exposure:</strong> Work closely with hiring managers and our leadership team</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Any questions about the role?
