style="color:#121317">Own full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer stage across complex and business-critical roles in different departments.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">2-3 years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in an in-house environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience of owning end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, or operational roles at scale up environmnet.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Experience in partnering with hiring manager and influencing hiring decisions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong experience of salary negotiations, way of convincing the right talents for the organization. </span></p></li><li><p><span
