We now service over 300,000 businesses and more than 2 million employees.</p> <h2>The EH Way</h2> <p>At Employment Hero, we’re proud of our unique DNA, which we call The EH Way.</p> <ol> <li> <strong>We are Mission First</strong> - everything we do (from what we work on, to how we allocate capital and where we focus) is driven by our Mission</li> <li> <strong>We are Remote First</strong> - we champion a remote environment with a preference for asynchronous communication and a high degree of autonomy</li> <li> <strong>We are AI First</strong> - we are committed to using AI to accelerate our mission; AI is not just a tool, it’s a fundamental part of how we operate, innovate, and scale</li> <li> <strong>We are Apolitical</strong> - we do not take a position on political or social topics, unless it relates to our Mission</li> <li> <strong>We Live by Our Values</strong> - we role model our values 100% of the time</li> <li> <strong>We Expect High Performance</strong> - we set a high standard and we’re not satisfied with being average</li> </ol> <h2>This role</h2> <p>As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be working with the Global Talent team and will be instrumental in scaling our UK and global tech teams by attracting high-quality talent and delivering a standout candidate experience that helps us accelerate towards our BHAG.</p> <p><strong>Your key focus areas will be:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <strong>Tech Scaling (UK &amp; EMEA)</strong>: Driving the growth of high-performing product, engineering, and technical teams across our European markets.</li> <li> <strong>Quality &amp; Speed</strong>: Filling mission-critical roles quickly without compromising on quality or the candidate journey.</li> <li> <strong>Strategic Sourcing</strong>: Partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies that attract best-in-class passive and active talent.</li> <li> <strong>Process &amp; Brand Excellence</strong>: Championing continuous process improvements and employer brand initiatives to keep EH ahead of the talent curve.</li> </ul> <p><strong>This will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Finding and engaging high-calibre tech talent using creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.).</li> <li>Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple technical functions.</li> <li>Conducting structured interviews to assess both technical competency and cultural alignment with The EH Way.</li> <li>Advocating for our EVP and telling the Employment Hero story to inspire and convert the right candidates.</li> <li>Tracking pipeline health and hiring metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.</li> <li>Supporting initiatives to improve the efficiency, inclusivity, and AI-integration of our hiring process.</li> </ul> <h2>Who you are</h2> <p>To thrive at Employment Hero, you’ll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you’ll also bring:</p> <ul> <li> <strong>4+ years of experience</strong> in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record in <strong>engineering or product hiring</strong>.</li> <li>Prior experience in <strong>SaaS, scaleups, or high-growth tech environments</strong>.</li> <li>Advanced sourcing capabilities and proficiency with modern recruitment tech stacks.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.</li> <li>A <strong>high-energy, bias-for-action</strong> approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>A genuine passion for candidate experience and building diverse, high-performing teams.</li> </ul> <h2>What we can offer</h2> <p>At Employment Hero, we don’t just talk about a better way to work - we live it.
