Team Lead Supply Chain

<p style="min-height:1.5em">As a Team Lead Supply Chain (m/w/d), you will own everything upstream of our warehouses: what we buy, from whom, when it ships and how it lands across Europe, the UK, the US, Australia and Latin America. In this newly created role, you will bring procurement, freight and planning together as one function and build the team behind it, making sure every market has the right stock at the right time, especially going into peak season.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">PERGOLUX designs and sells Scandinavian-inspired outdoor living products, from pergolas to garden furniture, directly to consumers. With around 300 employees, 9-figure revenue, and operations across 8 markets, we combine premium product quality with the pace and ownership culture of a company that has grown consistently across Europe and beyond.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and develop the team responsible for procurement, seafreight, inbound logistics, demand &amp; supply planning and customs, and act as the escalation point for supply issues, making decisions at the right level, quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the end-to-end planning cycle, from demand forecast to purchase plan, container plan and inbound schedule per market, and build one reliable view of inbound stock across all markets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage supplier performance, capacity and lead times across our manufacturing base, and support scaling suppliers for new product lines.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run freight procurement and forwarder management, balancing cost, transit time and reliability, and build customs and trade compliance as an in-house capability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Set and report supply chain KPIs such as stock availability, out-of-stock rate, inbound on-time, landed cost and inventory cover, and work closely with Product, Sales and regional operations managers on launches, campaigns and peak planning.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or planning, ideally in e-commerce, consumer goods or furniture/outdoor products, including experience leading a team with people who are newer to their roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on knowledge of seafreight, Incoterms and importing into multiple markets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong planning and analytical skills, comfortable building models in Excel or Google Sheets, working with BI tools and an ERP or planning system, with the discipline to keep data clean.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A calm, decisive approach under pressure, comfort with ambiguity in a fast-growing company, and fluent English.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Nice to have: customs or trade compliance experience, experience in a multi-market scale-up (EU, UK, US, AU), and an interest in using AI and automation to remove manual planning work.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>🌟 Benefits and Lifestyle</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will take real ownership from the start, building a new function with direct impact on how PERGOLUX grows, and gain fast-track opportunities to grow into senior leadership roles as we scale.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Up to 30 vacation days, starting at 27</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">One week per year remote workation in EU/UK</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">International, collaborative team, working with colleagues across Europe</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Regular team events (summer party, Christmas party, after-work gatherings) and retreats</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Modern setup and laptops (Apple or Windows)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Employee discounts on PERGOLUX products</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Jobrad / Bike leasing program, promoting sustainable and healthy commuting</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>How to Apply</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">If you are ready to build and lead the supply chain behind a growing global brand, we would love to hear from you.
