Team Leader - Technical Claims

<p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Job Title:</strong> Technical Claims Team Lead <strong>Type:</strong> Full-Time <strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we are looking for</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our talented Claims Department. This person will lead a team of expert Technical Claims Handlers, covering Complaints, Fraud, Quality Assurance, Recoveries and Payment Controls.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Line management of a team of Technical Claims Handler, including all HR and Performance management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive top performance and KPI achievement in your team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Claims workflow allocation and capacity planning to achieve high productivity and quality results</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Quality Assurance checks and coaching to improve quality of technical claims team output</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain detailed and robust oversight of the technical claims portfolio, including the escalation of any risks</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills and Experience required</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A minimum of 5 years experience in an Insurance Claims Leadership Role managing +8 Direct Reports</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A minimum of 5 years experience in at least one of: Complaints / Fraud / Quality Assurance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Previous experience leading in a start-up high-growth company</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep expertise claims handling and insurance best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to use data to drive understanding and decision making</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience coaching colleagues to achieve improved quality and productivity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to inspire and achieve top performance from your team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Highly organised and able to self-prioritise workload for the benefit of business and customer</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A team player, always willing to support colleagues to achieve the right results</p></li></ul><p>Find <a href="https://www.arbeitnow.co.uk">Jobs in United Kingdom</a> on Arbeitnow</a>
