This hands-on, collaborative approach enables tailored recruiting solutions that create lasting value for clients.</p> <p>As the company continues to grow, I am looking for a <strong>freelance Tech Recruiter (m/f/d)</strong> who shares this philosophy and enjoys taking ownership of recruiting projects while building long-term relationships with clients.</p> <p><strong>This role can be performed from anywhere within the European Union.</strong></p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li>Take ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process for technical and business roles.</li> <li>Become a trusted recruiting partner for clients by developing a deep understanding of their business, culture, teams and hiring needs.</li> <li>Advise clients on recruiting strategies, sourcing approaches, hiring processes and market trends to help them attract and hire the right talent.</li> <li>Identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing and professional networks.</li> <li>Conduct professional interviews and present shortlisted candidates together with your assessment and recommendation.</li> <li>Coordinate the entire recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.</li> <li>Support salary discussions and offer negotiations between clients and candidates.</li> <li>Coordinate and guide Talent Sourcers whenever additional sourcing support is required.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li>At least <strong>3–4 years of professional experience</strong> in Tech Recruiting, Talent Acquisition or Executive Search.</li> <li>Proven experience recruiting professionals in Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps or comparable technology fields.</li> <li>Experience supporting start-ups, scale-ups and small to medium-sized companies.</li> <li>Strong active sourcing skills and experience identifying difficult-to-find talent.</li> <li>Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and hiring managers.</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.</li> <li>German language skills are a strong advantage but not a requirement.</li> <li>Based within the European Union.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Very strong advantage:</strong> Experience working with Product Management teams, either through recruiting Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Leaders or through previous experience working in Product Management.</p> <h2>Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>Long-term freelance collaboration with exciting and diverse recruiting projects.</li> <li>The opportunity to work closely with innovative start-ups, growing SMEs and established international companies.</li> <li>Flexible number of working hours based on your availability and project needs.</li> <li>100% remote work from anywhere within the European Union.</li> <li>The opportunity to build long-term partnerships with clients instead of working on transactional recruiting assignments.</li> <li>Challenging technical and business positions across a variety of industries.</li> <li>A collaborative working environment built on trust, transparency and open communication.</li> </ul> <p>Does this sound like something that could be right for you?
