Technical Advisor to the CEO Retail

The CEO Retail is responsible for the performance and strategic direction of Rohlik’s business across all markets and reports to the Group CEO.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">In this role, you will help drive the CEO Retail’s agenda, accelerate the most important priorities across the Retail business and strengthen alignment across the Executive Leadership Team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is not a traditional advisory role focused only on analysis and recommendations. It is a highly visible, hands-on execution role for someone who can move confidently between strategic thinking, detailed problem-solving and driving initiatives through to completion.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work directly with the CEO Retail, gain exposure to the most important topics across the business and help turn decisions into clear actions, ownership and measurable progress. You should enjoy being close to important decisions, but also be prepared to get into the detail, challenge senior stakeholders and take responsibility for making things happen.</p><div style="min-height:1.5em">Your core responsibility will be to increase the CEO Retail effectiveness and ensure that the company’s most important priorities move forward with clarity, pace and accountability.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with the CEO Retail to structure and drive strategic priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate decisions into clear actions, owners and timelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead selected company-wide initiatives from analysis through implementation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor progress, remove blockers and ensure consistent follow-through</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the CEO Retail and executive leaders in resolving complex strategic and operational issues</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare research, analysis and decision-making materials</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strengthen communication and alignment across the Executive Leadership Team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support executive meetings and follow up on key decisions and commitments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take ownership of urgent, sensitive or high-impact special projects</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent the CEO Retail in selected internal and external meetings when appropriate</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Success in this role means that the CEO Retail’s time is used effectively, key initiatives progress faster and style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, corporate development, transformation, product, business development or a comparable environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proven ability to lead complex projects from initial analysis through execution</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with incomplete information</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent project management, prioritization and organizational skills</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Confidence working with senior executives and influencing stakeholders without formal authority</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear communication and the ability to simplify complex topics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive, independent and highly reliable approach, with the willingness to get into the detail and ensure consistent follow-through</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving and demanding environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">High levels of discretion, judgement and confidentiality</p></li></ul><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluent English</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience from technology, retail, e-commerce or another fast-growing international business will be an advantage.</p><div
