We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.</p><h1><br /><strong>Overview:</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a highly process-driven <strong>Technical Procurement / Purchasing Officer </strong>to strengthen the commercial foundation of our innovative robotics solutions at Sereact.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will take ownership of our internal commercial workflows, acting as a true organizational talent who loves to dive into the thick of things and keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is based in Stuttgart and is ideal for someone who thrives on building structured processes, managing commercial tasks, and supporting a team building cutting-edge technology.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Project &amp; Order Management:</strong> Manage our projects from a commercial perspective, from the initial order to final delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Purchasing &amp; Material Management:</strong> Support the procurement of components and maintain close relationships with our vendors.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Inventory Management: </strong>Keep a close eye on our stock levels and ensure all components are in the right place at the right time.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>General Administration:</strong> From preparatory accounting to master data management, keep our daily business running smoothly.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Background:</strong> Completed vocational training as an Industrial Clerk (<em>Industriekaufmann</em>) or a degree in Business Administration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Experience:</strong> At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial or operational role.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Mindset:</strong> You possess a strong hands-on mentality. No task is too small or too complex for you when the team needs support.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive:</strong> Your motivation and willingness to learn are more important to us than deep industry knowledge in robotics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills:</strong> Proficiency in MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems.
