You’ll operate at the intersection of data, product, and operations—diving deep into the funnel, asking hard questions, and translating complexity into clarity.</p> <p>You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, care teams, and leadership to define, build, and launch features that drive measurable results. This is an ideal role for someone who loves building clean systems, thrives on details, and has the ambition to do their best work in a fast-moving startup environment.</p> <p>You understand that even in a "move fast and break things" culture, there are certain things that cannot break—and you take pride in your power of observation and instinct for quality to ensure they don’t. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer. </p> <p><strong>This is a remote role, with relocation support available for candidates interested in relocating to the Redwood City/San Francisco area. Relocation is not required. </strong></p> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Own and manage technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, ensuring each project drives meaningful business outcomes.</p> </li> <li> <p>Analyze data, validate hypotheses, understand user behavior, and define success metrics using tools such as SQL and dashboards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop a deep understanding of Solace’s user funnel and internal systems, and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Translate complex operational and data requirements into clear product specs and technical requirements for engineering.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prioritize ruthlessly and align stakeholders across engineering, operations, and growth to ship features quickly and effectively.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor the performance of released features and iterate based on data and user feedback.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain clear documentation and communication across teams to ensure alignment and accountability.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What You Bring to the Table</h3> <ul> <li> <p>2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or in a highly technical role with strong product ownership—ideally at a fast-paced startup.</p> </li> <li> <p>Comfort working with data and querying large datasets to uncover insights and support product decisions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills—you enjoy breaking down messy problems and building scalable solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obsessive attention to detail—you catch what others miss and always seek to understand “how” and “why.”</p> </li> <li> <p>Pride in ensuring that critical systems remain stable, even in high-velocity environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ambition and drive to do your best work—you take ownership, seek growth, and push for excellence.</p> </li> <li> <p>A user- and business-minded approach—you balance user needs with company goals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Bonus: experience in consumer tech, healthcare, or building internal tools.</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>Applicants must be based in the United States.</em></p> </p> <p><strong>Up for the Challenge? </strong></p> <p>We look forward to meeting you.</p> </p> <p><strong>Fraudulent Recruitment Advisory:</strong> Solace Health will <strong>NEVER</strong> request bank details or offer employment without an interview.
