We build hardware that has never existed before, and finding the people who can build it requires going far beyond standard recruiting channels.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will own the full sourcing motion: mapping talent pools, building precise searches, crafting outreach that resonates with passive candidates, and building long-term relationships with high-priority profiles.
