This role has a specific twist: you'll need to build out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum Master ceremonies. If you're comfortable operating at the intersection of structured waterfall planning and Agile execution, this role is built for that.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they're effective and productive</p> </li> <li> <p>Identify and remove obstacles impeding team progress, working with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues</p> </li> <li> <p>Champion Agile principles and methodologies, providing coaching and guidance to team members and stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Build out large waterfall timelines with full delivery phases, then execute against them using Scrum ceremonies</p> </li> <li> <p>Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment with open communication</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor and report on sprint and project progress using Agile tools to track performance and identify improvement areas</p> </li> <li> <p>Lead the team in identifying and implementing process improvements</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and priorities</p> </li> <li> <p>Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders to maintain transparency and shared understanding</p> </li> </ul> <h2>What You Bring</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with the Waterfall methodology</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with SAFe, including experience conducting PI planning</p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/toptal-scrum-master-agile-waterfall-hybrid-delivery-remote">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/toptal-scrum-master-agile-waterfall-hybrid-delivery-remote</a></p>
