<p>We are seeking a Tax Technical Specialist with transfer pricing expertise to support the optimisation of a documentation platform and establish a technically robust, scalable and practical future-state transfer pricing documentation process.</p> <p><strong>Key Facts</strong><br> Start: 01.09.2026<br> Dauer: Nicht bekannt<br> Auslastung: 0 %<br> Einsatzart:<br> Einsatzort: London<br> Einsatzland: Großbritanien</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <p>• Provide transfer pricing technical input into the optimisation of the documentation platform and the related preparation process</p> <p>• Review the existing master file, local file and supporting intercompany documentation structure to identify opportunities to improve quality, consistency and efficiency</p> <p>• Work with the functional consultant to ensure that templates, workflows, links, review steps and controls reflect transfer pricing requirements</p> <p>• Support the design of the future-state transfer pricing documentation process, including roles, responsibilities, review points and governance</p> <p>• Contribute to user guidance, process documentation and handover materials for the ongoing preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation</p> <p>Must have competences</p> <p>• Strong transfer pricing technical experience, including practical experience preparing, reviewing and improving master file, local file and supporting intercompany transaction documentation</p> <p>• Good understanding of transfer pricing documentation standards, evidence requirements and practical compliance processes</p> <p>• Experience improving transfer pricing documentation processes, templates, data collection or governance frameworks</p> <p>• Ability to define documentation requirements and translate technical transfer pricing requirements into clear process, documentation and system requirements</p> <p>• Experience working with tax, finance, business and technology stakeholders to deliver process improvements</p> <p>• Strong stakeholder management and clear communication skills</p> <p>Nice to have competences</p> <p>• Experience in the insurance or financial-services sector</p> <p>• Experience with Workiva and the ability to work effectively with a Workiva functional consultant</p> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Hybrid working arrangement based in London with about two days a week in the office.</p> <p><strong>Let’s power the future together</strong><br> Vom Business Case bis hin zur Umsetzung: Als führendes Beratungsunternehmen für strategische Transformationen sind wir vertrauenswürdiger Partner für unsere Kunden - und für unsere Mitarbeitenden.
