Join us in shaping the future of defense with groundbreaking aerospace innovations.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><h3>What You'll Do</h3><ul><li> Develop and enhance flight control software based on requirements from the Aerodynamics and Flight Control teams. </li><li> Improve and maintain Ground Control Station (GCS) software to support Flight Test and Operations activities. </li><li> Integrate payloads including cameras, gimbals, and mission-specific systems into the aircraft software architecture. </li><li> Integrate new sensors, communication systems, and onboard technologies to expand platform capabilities. </li><li> Maintain and improve continuous integration test environments and hardware test benches. </li><li> Define, execute, and oversee ground and flight test campaigns to validate software performance. </li><li> Support R&amp;D flight testing in the field, troubleshooting and optimizing software in real-world conditions. </li><li> Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams including Flight Control, Navigation, and Payload Integration to deliver aircraft-level software solutions. </li></ul><h3>What You'll Need</h3><ul><li> 3+ years of professional experience in software development. </li><li> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Robotics, Control Systems, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. </li><li> Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python. </li><li> Experience deploying software on embedded or real-time systems. </li><li> Proven experience testing, validating, and debugging complex software systems. </li><li> Understanding of rapid prototyping, iterative development, and engineering for hardware integration. </li><li> Experience working in fast-paced, high-technology environments where adaptability and ownership are essential. </li></ul><h3>Who You Are</h3><p>You are a hands-on software engineer who enjoys turning complex technical challenges into reliable solutions.
