You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and deliver high-quality interior documentation solutions. This role offers a dynamic and challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise and contribute to groundbreaking projects.</p><p><br></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software: 3D Model, Constructive Drawings, Demolition Plans, etc.</li> <li>Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.</li> <li>Collaborate with architects &amp; designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications</li> <li>Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and requirements</li> <li>Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards</li> <li>Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures</li> <li>Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges</li> <li>Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency</li> </ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field</li> <li>Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.</li> <li>Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation solutions</li> <li>Fluent in English.
