This is an operational, hands-on role: you'll keep the upload pipeline organized and moving, so the UA team can stay focused on strategy.<br />This isn't a campaign management or data analysis role. It's built for someone who thrives on structure, volume, and getting the details right the first time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">6-month contract, with possibility to convert to full-time. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage Creative Uploads at Scale:</strong> Upload and organize hundreds of video creatives across platforms as production volume grows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own Folder Structure:</strong> Keep creative asset libraries clean, consistent, and easy for the team to navigate.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Coordinate with Agencies:</strong> Communicate directly with creative agencies on delivery status, formats, and turnaround.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support AI Automation:</strong> Help build and maintain upload workflows that cut manual work as volume scales.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING 💡</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operational Rigor:</strong> Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive, high-volume work.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>UA Fundamentals:</strong> A working understanding of core UA metrics (CPI, ROAS, CTR).
