This is the place.</p><h2><strong>The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a <strong>Value Engineer</strong> to join Legora in the UK, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will partner directly with prospects and customers to quantify, articulate, and demonstrate the business impact of Legora. Working alongside Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers, you will translate complex legal workflows and quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready value narratives.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As the first Value Engineer in the region, you will play a key role in establishing how we lead value-based customer conversations and enable our go-to-market teams. You will work directly with General Counsel, CFOs, and other C-level stakeholders.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Accelerate strategic deals by partnering with Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to build compelling, executive-ready value narratives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate customer workflows, operational challenges, and quantitative results into clear financial and business impact.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead value-focused conversations with General Counsel, CFOs, and other senior executives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and deliver value enablement training for sales and go-to-market teams across the region.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create practical frameworks, tools, and assets that help teams communicate Legora’s value consistently.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share customer feedback, feature requests, and industry trends relating to value and ROI.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support customer adoption and expansion by helping customers understand and measure the impact of Legora.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience translating quantitative results and complex workflows into clear, actionable business insights.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to build credible and compelling value narratives for customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience engaging directly with senior executives in a clear, confident, and concise way.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outputs quickly without over-engineering.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A proactive, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for being the first person in this role within the region.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Fluency in French or German.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">An interest in teaching, coaching, and enabling sales teams.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Location</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">London preferred, with Stockholm also considered.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience.
