This role is designed for those looking to commit to <strong>significant hours</strong>, particularly during <strong>peak periods</strong> of the football calendar.</p><h2><br /><strong>Availability and Training Commitment</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Please Note:</strong> While this is a casual contract, matches take place strictly in accordance with the live football calendar.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Candidates must be able to prioritise <strong>weekend availability</strong> to support live match operations. Initial<strong> weekday availability</strong> is also required to allow for structured training, system familiarisation, and competency sign-off before undertaking matchday duties independently.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Assistant Replay Operator</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Depending on your role and level of experience, your responsibilities may include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Video Feed Management:</strong><br />Maintain and monitor all incoming broadcast camera feeds to ensure high-quality, real-time video is available throughout the match.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support for VAR &amp; Replay Operator:<br /></strong>Provide immediate access to the most relevant camera angles upon request, ensuring clear and efficient review for the VAR team.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Matchday Preparation:<br /></strong>Assist in setup, testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of all VAR-related hardware and software before kickoff.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>System Operation &amp; Monitoring: <br /></strong>Operate specialised replay technology (Hawk-Eye SMART Replay), checking all systems before and during matches to ensure reliability.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Archiving &amp; Incident Logging:<br /></strong>Efficiently capture, label, and archive key match incidents—such as goals, penalties, offsides, and potential red cards—ensuring all clips are accurately logged, timestamped, and organised for quick retrieval and post-match review.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>VARDict Graphics Operator</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Depending on your role and level of experience, your responsibilities may include:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>VARDict Graphics Delivery</strong><br />Delivering real-time graphics and data to stadium screens, broadcasters and communicating VAR decisions clearly to fans and partners during live matches</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Stockley Park Support</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Liaising with officials, broadcasters, and stadium staff remotely</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supporting data accuracy and maintaining high operational standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Conducting pre-match checks and ensuring all systems are ready to go</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Troubleshooting any technical issues quickly and calmly</p></li></ul></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Essential Attributes:</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a highly visible and high-pressure role.
