Vehicle Repair Assessor Philippines

<p>Assure Scratch &amp; Dent are seeking an experienced Vehicle Repair Assessor to join their growing team. This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines, supporting their Australian operations.</p><p>You will assess customer-submitted vehicle photos and videos, determine repair eligibility, prepare accurate repair quotes, and allocate repairs to our mobile repair technicians.</p><p>This role requires real-world panel beating or automotive repair experience and a strong understanding of cosmetic vehicle repairs.</p> <ul><li>Minimum 3 years' experience as a Panel Beater, Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor or similar automotive repair role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair techniques.</li><li>Excellent understanding of cosmetic SMART repairs.</li><li>Ability to determine what repairs can safely and effectively be completed by a mobile repair van.</li><li>Ability to identify repairs that require workshop facilities or replacement parts.</li><li>Experience preparing repair estimates and quotations.</li><li>High attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent written English.</li><li>Strong computer skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li></ul><p></p><p>Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Assess vehicle damage from photos and videos submitted by customers.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify repair methods suitable for mobile cosmetic repair.</li><li>Determine when damage requires a traditional body shop rather than a mobile repair.</li><li>Prepare accurate repair quotations using company pricing guidelines.</li><li>Estimate labour times and material requirements.</li><li>Assess scratches, dents, paint damage, bumper repairs, alloy wheels, mirrors and other cosmetic repairs.</li><li>Identify pre-existing damage and multiple repair areas.</li><li>Escalate complex repairs where required.</li><li>Liaise with customer service, sales and scheduling teams.</li><li>Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring assessment accuracy.</li><li>Keep detailed assessment notes within the CRM.</li></ul><p></p><p>Highly Regarded</p><ul><li>Experience with cosmetic/mobile repair businesses.</li><li>Knowledge of Australian vehicle repair standards.</li><li>Experience working with Australian customers.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **ENCOURAGINGLY** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
