If you're excited about experimenting with formats, blending craft with speed, and creating work that inspires teams and delights customers, this is the role for you.</p> <h3>What you’ll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Research trends in digital and social content, with a focus on post-production techniques.</li> <li>Contribute ideas and creative direction on briefs, bringing deep video expertise to every project.</li> <li>Own your editing pipeline from ingest to final delivery, collaborating with creatives, strategists, and marketers along the way.</li> <li>Produce short-form videos that stand out, crafting compelling stories from raw footage with precision and speed.</li> <li>Edit and deliver high-quality content optimized for various digital channels.</li> <li>Continuously raise the creative bar through innovative visual storytelling and editing techniques.</li> </ul> <h3>What you’ll need to succeed:</h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience creating high-quality editing preferably with any on-set experience.</li> <li>Proven ability to create high-impact short-form video content, with a strong showreel showcasing storytelling and editing skills.</li> <li>Deep proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects a plus).</li> <li>Excellent understanding of content specs, exports, and best practices across digital and social platforms.</li> <li>Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and emotional storytelling.</li> <li>Highly organized, with excellent file management and version control habits.</li> <li>Ability to juggle multiple projects, adapt quickly to feedback, and deliver exceptional work under tight deadlines.</li> <li>A proactive, collaborative mindset and passion for improving both process and creative output.</li> <li>Other nice bonuses: Animation and Adobe After Effects, Copywriting, AI, Motion Graphics.</li> </ul> <h3>Compensation</h3> <h3>Additional Information</h3> <p><b>Why Join us?</b></p> <p>Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world’s transition to online work.
