VIP Relationship Manager

<p>We’re looking for a VIP Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with KAST's highest-value customers.</p><p>You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service, tailored support, and access to exclusive experiences. This role combines relationship management, customer success, community building, and event coordination.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Build and maintain trusted relationships with KAST's VIP customers and key accounts.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP inquiries, issues, and escalations.</li><li>Proactively engage clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and improve retention.</li><li>Coordinate exclusive events, meetups, and experiences for VIP customers and partners.</li><li>Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Support teams to resolve client issues and improve the customer experience.</li><li>Identify opportunities to deepen customer engagement and increase product adoption.</li><li>Track client sentiment, key account metrics, and relationship health across the VIP portfolio.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in VIP relationship management, customer success, account management, private banking, wealth management, or luxury hospitality.</li><li>Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, wealth management, or financial services.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with high-value clients.</li><li>Experience managing a portfolio of premium customers or strategic accounts.</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li><li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.</li><li>Ability to coordinate events and manage multiple stakeholders.</li></ul><br/><br/>Please mention the word **PROTECT** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
