You’ll lead end-to-end design for major parts of the platform — research, problem framing, flows, interaction, visual, validation, QA.</li> <li><strong>Start from the job-to-be-done.</strong>&nbsp;Before pixels, you’ll understand why someone hired Visme and what “done” looks like for them. You’ll turn that into product design, not feature design.</li> <li><strong>Design AI-native experiences.</strong>&nbsp;Figure out how generative, agentic, and traditional UI live together. What should be a prompt? What should be a button? What should the product just do on its own?</li> <li><strong>Prototype fast, decide with evidence.</strong>&nbsp;Run hypotheses, ship prototypes, talk to users, read metrics. Use AI to go from idea to testable artifact in hours, not weeks.</li> <li><strong>Level up the design system and craft bar.</strong>&nbsp;Contribute to (and sometimes rebuild) the components, patterns, and principles the team designs with.</li> <li><strong>Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering.</strong> No throw-it-over-the-wall handoffs. You’ll sit inside the squad, pair with engineers, and often commit to the repo yourself if you want to.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></p> </div> <div> <ul> <li><strong>5+ years designing B2B/SaaS products</strong>&nbsp;where the problem space was ambiguous and the surface area was large. Bonus if you’ve worked on content, creation, productivity, or platform products.</li> <li><strong>A portfolio that shows thinking, not just screens.</strong>&nbsp;We care more about how you framed the problem and made trade-offs than how polished the final artboard is.</li> <li><strong>Strong systems thinking.</strong>&nbsp;You can hold a complex product in your head, see the connections, and design for the whole — not just the screen in front of you.</li> <li><strong>A real point of view on AI in products.</strong>&nbsp;You’ve designed with it, shipped with it, and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn’t. You use AI daily in your own workflow.</li> <li><strong>Speed + judgment.</strong>&nbsp;You know when to spend two days on something and when to spend two hours. You don’t confuse polish with progress.</li> <li><strong>High ownership in ambiguous environments.</strong>&nbsp;You can take “help us rethink this” and come back a week later with something testable — without a detailed spec.</li> <li><strong>Clear written communication in English</strong>&nbsp;(B2+).
