Warehouse Inventory Clerk

<p><strong>Overview</strong></p><p>The Warehouse Inventory Clerk will conduct accurate inventory counting and reporting to ensure the Warehouse Department can function effectively in fulfilling orders.&nbsp;<em>This is an entry-level position reporting to the Warehouse Manager.</em></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in managing inventory for both Caribbean Bottling Company (CBC) and Caribbean Wines &amp; Spirits (CWS)</li><li>Monitor inventory levels to ensure all orders can be completely filled</li><li>Conduct daily inventory counts and prepare related reports</li><li>Check and verify invoices in the system and ensure they are properly signed</li><li>Finalize Warehouse invoices for items shipped</li><li>Ensure adherence to FEFO in fulfilling all requests and prepare FEFO log for auditing</li><li>Prepare weekly Expiration Report and daily Out of Stock (OOS) Report for distribution to management</li><li>Maintain accurate records of items shipped</li><li>Any other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>BGCSEs including Math and English</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role</li><li>Ability to lift, push and pull 50lbs or more</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Interested persons should submit their resume to hradmin@cbcbahamas.com.</p><br/><br/>Please mention the word **BELOVED** and tag RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg== when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmEwMTo0Zjk6NmE6MTY2YTo6Mg==).
