Als Werkstudent:in im Sales-Team übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung unserer Kund:innen aus dem Bereich Sport &amp; Sonstige und unterstützt unsere Sales Assistants im Tagesgeschäft.<br><ul><li>Du betreust eigenständig die eingehenden <strong>Anfragen unserer Kund:innen aus dem Bereich Sport &amp; Sonstig</strong><strong>e</strong> und bearbeitest ihre Anliegen service- und lösungsorientiert.</li><li>Du begleitest den <strong>gesamten Bestellprozess</strong> – von der Anfrage und Auftragserfassung bis zur Abstimmung des Warenversands mit unserer Logistik.</li><li>Du bearbeitest die Stammdatenanliegen und <strong>Reklamationen unserer Kund:innen</strong> in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Quality-Management-Team und übernimmst die Vorerfassung von Rechnungen.</li><li>Darüber hinaus unterstützt du unsere Sales Assistants <strong>im operativen Tagesgeschäft bei der Betreuung unserer Bestandskund:innen</strong> und wirkst bei der Vorbereitung von Sales-Unterlagen und POS-Aktionen sowie der Koordination des Versands unserer Produktmuster mit.</li><li>Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Abläufe eines modernen FMCG-Unternehmens und arbeitest eng <strong>mit verschiedenen Teams </strong>wie Quality Management, Logistics und Accounting<strong> zusammen</strong>.</li></ul></p><br><strong>Dein Profil</strong><p><ul><li>Du bist derzeit in einem <strong>betriebs- oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengang</strong> eingeschrieben, suchst eine Werkstudententätigkeit und hast noch <strong>mindestens 2 Semester</strong> Zeit, um uns zu unterstützen.</li><li>Du konntest idealerweise bereits <strong>erste Erfahrungen im Vertriebsumfeld</strong>, vorzugsweise im FMCG-Bereich, sammeln.</li><li>Du hast Spaß an einem <strong>vielfältigen Aufgabenportfolio</strong>, liebst es zu kommunizieren und denkst in Lösungen.</li><li>Mehrere Bälle parallel in der Luft zu halten ist für dich Ansporn und Anlass, dein <strong>Organisationstalent</strong> glänzen zu lassen.
