<p><strong>About the Job<br><br></strong>As the Experience &amp; Events Associate for the Wholesale Department, you will be responsible for executing and elevating the Julie Vos brand experience across in-store events, group dinners, showroom events, and visual merchandising initiatives. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through thoughtfully planned events, exceptional hospitality, and elevated customer experiences that strengthen relationships with our wholesale partners. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, hospitality-driven, service-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating polished, memorable experiences that reflect the Julie Vos Brand. This person should possess excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, as they will work closely with our wholesale retail partners and serve as an extension of the Julie Vos Brand.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:<br><br></strong><em>Event Planning &amp; Showroom Hospitality</em></p><ul><li>Plan, coordinate, and execute wholesale showroom cocktail parties and client events</li><li>Manage all catering, rentals, staffing, décor, and event logistics</li><li>Create and manage budgets for showroom events, in-store events, and top retailer dinners</li><li>Track event budgets and expenses</li><li>Serve as on-site host for events, ensuring a polished and elevated guest experience</li><li>Maintain showroom hospitality standards year-round</li><li>Order and manage showroom supplies, entertaining materials, and event inventory</li><li>Coordinate seasonal event calendars and timelines</li><li>Plan and execute private group dinners with top retailers four times per year during the Dallas and Atlanta gift shows</li><li>Coordinate attendee lists for trade show dinners, retailer events, and showroom experiences, including managing invitations through Paperless Post, tracking RSVPs and guest engagement, and providing attendance and event reports</li><li>Coordinate Julie’s in-store appearances with retail partners</li><li>Serve as primary liaison between Julie Vos and hosting retailers</li><li>Create detailed itineraries and ensure all logistics are confirmed in advance</li><li>Communicate expectations, schedules, and deliverables with retail partners</li><li>Ensure stores are properly prepared for Julie’s arrival and events</li><li>Coordinate gifting, dinners, and hospitality surrounding retailer visits</li></ul><p><em>Retail Partner Event Execution</em></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain a standardized “Retailer Event Playbook”</li><li>Clearly communicate expectations to retailers hosting a Julie Vos appearance, including:<ul><li>Event promotion and customer/VIP outreach</li><li>Staffing requirements</li><li>Visual merchandising standards</li><li>Catering and hospitality expectations</li></ul></li><li>Follow up post-event with recap notes, photos, and performance feedback</li><li>Visual Merchandising &amp; Brand Display Operations</li><li>Execute Julie Vos visual merchandising initiatives across retail partners and</li><li>showrooms</li><li>Coordinate ordering, production, shipping, and installation of branded displays and fixtures</li><li>Manage timelines for store installations and seasonal refreshes</li><li>Coordinate directly with retailers, vendors, installers, and shipping partners</li><li>Troubleshoot installation or delivery issues as needed</li><li>Maintain consistency of the Julie Vos brand presentation across all locations</li><li>Support the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events at the Julie Vos</li><li>Dallas retail location</li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><ul><li>3-5 years of experience in event planning, client support, customer service, hospitality, retail operations, or a related field</li><li>Demonstrated success in planning and executing events, client experiences, or brand activations from concept through completion</li><li>Established network of vendors, venues, caterers, florists, event partners, and service providers preferred</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and relationship-building</li><li>skills</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong customer service mindset with the ability to represent the Julie Vos brand professionally and confidently</li><li>Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and execute successfully</li><li>Experience coordinating logistics including travel, shipping, showroom food and beverage inventory, event materials and vendor management</li><li>Fully remote position with travel required</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently for trade shows and events</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus</li></ul>We believe that it takes a diverse team of highly intelligent, passionate, curious, and creative people to develop the exceptional jewelry that is our hallmark.
