We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer who enjoys automating, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems to establish the foundation of our cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.</p><br><p>You will work closely with our engineering team to design secure, scalable systems, build automated CI/CD pipelines, and ensure smooth and reliable operations across all environments.</p><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment</li><br><li>Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, SQS, Route53, Load Balancers, etc.)</li><br><li>Build and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes</li><br><li>Automate provisioning, scaling, and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation</li><br><li>Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)</li><br><li>Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all systems</li><br><li>Drive automation, documentation, and best practices for deployment and release processes</li><br><li>Collaborate closely with software engineers to ensure reliable and efficient releases</li><br><li>Lead disaster recovery planning, data backups, and failover strategies</li><br></ul><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p><br><ul><br><li>5+ years in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering role with proven hands-on experience</li><br><li>Deep expertise in AWS (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch)</li><br><li>Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, monitoring)</li><br><li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI)</li><br><li>Expertise in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)</li><br><li>Solid Linux administration and scripting skills (bash, python)</li><br><li>Familiarity with networking, load balancers, DNS, and security best practices</li><br><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li><br><li>Bonus: experience with GCP or Azure</li><br></ul><br><p>&nbsp;</p><br><p><strong>About WIN</strong></p><br><p>WIN is a leading player in the $250 billion home services industry, recognized for its national scale, strong brand, and culture of innovation.
