This role will focus on creating a Property Management System for our client.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Job Requirements:</div> <div>- Extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and CSS.</div> <div>- Experience in building applications using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Stack.</div> <div>- Ability to develop both front-end and back-end of web applications.</div> <div>- Knowledge of APIs and MySQL for data integration.</div> <div>- Must be familiar with Ubuntu operating system.</div> <div>- Able to work independently and has a self-starter attitude.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Preferred qualifications include:</div> <div>- Having experience in developing property management systems.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Responsibilities include:</div> <div>- Design, develop and maintain the web application for property management which includes listing management, client management, current tenants management and maintenance requests.</div> <div>- Implementing client-facing and internal-facing screens.</div> <div>- Regular optimization of the system for seamless user-experience.</div> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <div>$150 - $200 a month</div> <div>USD $150 - 200 per month</div> </div> <div class="section page-centered"> <div class="text-small italic text-gray-700">We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
