Our API-first property management platform empowers accommodation providers to design a technology stack that creates unique digital guest &amp; staff experiences.</p> <p>At Apaleo, you will find a diverse team of people with different backgrounds, united by the passion for learning and building an innovative product.</p> <p>Now, we are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Brand Design</strong> <strong>Working Student(f/m/d)</strong>&nbsp;to join our team in Munich, Germany!</p> <p>We value ownership, communication and trust, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and creative candidate who can work with our Marketing team on creative projects and innovative ideas.</p> <p><strong>Your mission:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help shape and evolve Apaleo's brand - contributing to how we look, feel, and communicate across every touchpoint</li> <li>Bring conceptual ideas to the table: the ambition of this role goes beyond execution. We want you to think about brand, challenge conventions, and propose creative directions</li> <li>Translate B2B marketing strategy into brand-coherent visual assets, from awareness campaigns to sales enablement, with a clear understanding of audience and commercial intent</li> <li>Apply and extend our brand system across channels: LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, presentations, and beyond</li> <li>Use AI tools to scale and explore brand ideas, from early concept to final execution, working in an AI-driven way as a default</li> </ul> <p><strong>You would be perfect for this role if you have/are:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently studying Brand Design, Visual Communication, Art &amp; Design, Digital Technologies, or a related creative or commercial field</li> <li>A conceptual thinker first, you start with the idea, not the tool</li> <li>Commercially minded: you understand that brand design serves a business purpose, and you design with that in mind</li> <li>Fluent in brand systems, typography, colour, hierarchy, tone, and visual language are second nature to you</li> <li>Proactive and opinionated, you bring ideas without being asked, and you can articulate why they work</li> <li>Hands-on with Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite; motion or interactive design experience is a plus</li> <li>Genuinely AI-native, you use generative and design AI tools to move faster and think bigger</li> </ul> <p>If you're excited about a role but your experience doesn't align perfectly with every bullet point listed in the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
