<h2>Who We Are</h2><p>BTT Health manufactures medical devices for bone health. It produces the Marodyne LiV device – a leading clinically validated low-intensity vibration device for bone density, muscle function and mobility; a mega market for osteoporosis patients which represents one of the TOP 10 diseases in the western world according to the WHO. Moreover, it manufactures and distributes Bone4ce/Melmak for bone regeneration, both with distribution partners in the US, Canada, Australia and Central Europe. </p><p>In summer 2026, an investor group acquired the company. Now we're rebuilding BTT Health as a start-up with proven products: a sharper strategy, new markets and a broader portfolio. You'll work directly with our Head of Growth, one of the investors – and since we use AI to move fast as a small team, that's exactly where you come in.</p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><p>AI-Powered Workflows & Automation</p><p>● Spot the potential – find tasks in marketing, sales and admin that AI chatbots and agents can do faster and better</p><p>● Build it – set up AI workflows and automations (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, HubSpot), from prototype to daily use</p><p>● Digitize sales – help shape our CRM, sales reporting and dashboards</p><p>● Enable the team – create prompt templates, quick guides and mini-trainings</p><p>Sales & Business Development</p><p>● Partner support – help manage our distribution partners in the US, Canada, Australia and Central Europe</p><p>● New markets – research and qualify potential new distribution partners and markets</p><p>● Portfolio scouting – evaluate new products and technologies, from first research to a decision paper for management</p><p>● Deal prep – presentations, quotes, analyses and partner meetings</p><p>Marketing & Market Analysis (strategic focus)</p><p>● Campaigns & content – for our website, LinkedIn, newsletters and professional audiences – AI-assisted from idea to launch</p><p>● Market intelligence – research markets, competitors, trends and growth opportunities</p><p>● Science to story – turn clinical study data into clear content for partners, clinicians and patients</p><h2>What You Bring</h2><p>● Studies – Bachelor's or Master's student in business, industrial engineering, medtech, life sciences, informatics, healthcare management or similar</p><p>● Curiosity – real interest in medtech, medicine and technology – and in the business side</p><p>● AI-native – you use ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot & co. daily; Power Automate, Zapier or Python is a plus</p><p>● Structured thinking – analytical, well organized and confident in Excel and PowerPoint (old school, we know, but we use it and need it)</p><p>● Languages – fluent in English, German is a big plus but no requirement</p><p>● Start-up energy – hands-on, full of ideas, at home in a fast-paced start-up</p><p>● Availability – up to 20 hours/week (more during semester breaks) for min. 6 months</p><h2>What We Offer</h2><p>● €1,500 gross per month – based on 20 hours/week, adjusted pro rata for fewer hours</p><p>● Start-up spirit with substance – help rebuild a medtech company with established products and partners</p><p>● Real ownership – your own projects from day one that shape the rebuild</p><p>● Direct line to the top – work with our Head of Growth; flat hierarchies, fast decisions</p><p>● AI playground – test new tools and put your ideas into practice right away</p><p>● Hybrid & flexible – hours around your lectures; Kissing is 30 min by direct train from Munich Hbf</p><p>● Real impact – products for bone health (Marodyne LiV vibration therapy, LIPUS) and the option to write your thesis with us</p><h2>How to Apply</h2><p>Ready to help us rebuild BTT Health?
