Working Student IT

<br><strong>Your mission</strong><p>We are looking for a motivated IT Working Student to support our internal IT operations at Hypatos. You will work closely with our IT and Security teams, supporting daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in a modern, cloud-first SaaS environment.<br><br><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Provide first-level hardware and software support for Hypatos employees</li><li>Support the administration of our Microsoft 365 environment</li><li>Provide internal IT support for Line-of-Business applications, including:<ol><li>Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office</li><li>Jira and Confluence</li><li>Slack</li><li>Security tools such as password managers</li><li>MDM solutions</li><li>Other business-critical SaaS applications</li></ol></li><li>Assist with user onboarding and offboarding workflows (accounts, access, devices)</li><li>Support hardware asset inventory management and tracking</li><li>Assist with the implementation and operation of IT and security controls under guidance from the Head of Information Security. </li><li>Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and internal guides</li><li>Participate in IT improvement and planning discussions</li><li>Help automate repetitive IT tasks using simple workflows, scripts, or tool integrations</li></ul></p><br><strong>Your profile</strong><p><ul><li>Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field or comparable qualifications with relevant professional experience</li><li>Basic hands-on experience with Windows and macOS operating systems and end-user hardware</li><li>Strong interest in IT operations and modern SaaS environments; first exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus</li><li>Interest in IT security topics and willingness to learn about security tools and best practices</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and a structured, reliable working style</li><li>Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users</li><li>Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)</li><li>Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks over time</li></ul><strong>We Offer:</strong><br>Join us in shaping the future of IT at Hypatos!
