You should have some practical experience with devices, software, user accounts, or IT support, but you do not need to be an expert in every area. An interest in cloud administration, AI tools, automation, and IT security is important. You will have the opportunity to develop these skills over time.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#333333">Your role:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Provide first-level support for workplace hardware, software, user accounts, and common IT issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, permissions, and routine settings.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Help manage onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, devices, and checklists.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Maintain accurate hardware inventories and device assignments, and support our MDM solution.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and internal user guides.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Help employees use our approved AI services and support them with automation tasks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Contribute to small IT automation projects that reduce manual work and improve workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Escalate complex, sensitive, or security-related issues clearly and promptly.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Provide reliable, hands-on support onsite at our Berlin office, including basic workplace technology maintenance and keeping the office IT setup organised and operational.</span></p></li></ul><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><span style="color:#333333">Your profile:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#333333">At least one year of hands-on experience in IT support or administration, a helpdesk, a technical working student role, or a relevant internship.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Current enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences, with eligibility to work as a working student.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Practical knowledge of hardware, software, device setup, and IT asset inventories.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">An interest in AI services and automation, with a focus on making recurring work simpler.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">A basic understanding of IT security, including least-privilege access and the secure handling of accounts and company data.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">The ability to maintain clear internal documentation and explain technical steps simply.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">A proactive and curious mindset, with the willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#333333">Good written and spoken English.
