<p>You're passionate about international philanthropy and want to help build global networks? bcause is growing beyond Germany and we're looking for you: a curious, communicative person who helps us connect with international partners, role models, and initiatives.</p> <p><strong>What to expect</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Global perspective:</strong> You'll research and map international movements in philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance.</li> <li><strong>Shape things from day one:</strong> You'll help us build structures for international partnerships from first research to first contact.</li> <li><strong>A team with depth:</strong> You'll work in an environment that brings together expertise in foundations, impact investing, and fintech.</li> </ul> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li><strong>Research</strong>: map the international landscape of philanthropy, impact investing, and social finance</li> <li><strong>Outreach</strong>: initiate and maintain contact with international partners, networks, and initiatives in English.</li> <li><strong>Writing</strong>: contribute to our English-language newsletter and other external communications.</li> <li><strong>Presentations</strong>: turn ideas and insights into compelling decks for international audiences.</li> <li><strong>Coordination</strong>: keep international projects moving from scheduling to follow-up.</li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <p><strong>Your profile</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Communication:</strong> You have a feel for the right tone whether in an email, a newsletter, or a partner call. Excellent English is a must, German a plus.</li> <li><strong>Structure:</strong> You love bringing order to complexity and optimizing processes as you go.</li> <li><strong>Initiative:</strong> You're proactive and solution-oriented.
