Working Student (m/f/d) - IT Support

Our proprietary AI models generate system architectures across software, electronics, mechanics, and applied physics - and our engineers stay in the loop, not as supervisors but as the decisive factor to bring those architectures into the real world.</p> <p>As a <strong>Working Student (m/f/d) - IT Support,</strong> you'll be part of our internal IT team, helping to keep our office network, on-site server &#x26; workstation infrastructure, AI tooling, and day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. You'll get hands-on experience solving real technical problems, working closely with our team, and building a strong foundation in IT support and infrastructure topics.</p> <h2>Tasks</h2> <ul> <li> <p>Handle, prioritize, and troubleshoot day-to-day IT support requests and issues, from work laptops to office network setups, using Slack and Jira Service Desk</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with maintaining our on-site infrastructure: GPU workstations, servers, and network equipment</p> </li> <li> <p>Help project teams deploy to cloud and on-premise infrastructure</p> </li> <li> <p>Get hands-on with AI tooling, including building connectors for Claude Code / Desktop</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute ideas and suggestions to help us continuously improve our support processes, workflows, and tooling</p> </li> </ul> <h2>Requirements</h2> <ul> <li> <p>You are currently studying Computer Science, Engineering or a related field</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong communication and problem solving skills as well as a structured, curious approach to troubleshooting</p> </li> <li> <p>First experience with IT support topics and/or basic familiarity with networking equipment (e.g. Ubiquiti/Unifi, Cisco, HPE Aruba, Juniper, Mikrotik, Netgear) is a nice to have, not required</p> </li> <li> <p>Very good communication skills in Englisch, comfortable working with different teams, and a motivated, hands-on mentality</p> </li> <li> <p>Enthusiasm for exploring and working with AI tools (e.g. Claude) is a plus</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>eigenblue is colorful</strong> - We embrace and value equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
