You'll help coordinate projects, improve processes, and ensure teams stay aligned while gaining practical experience across production, procurement, and testing activities.</span></p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><h3><strong><span style="color:#121317">Your Roadmap to make an Impac</span></strong>t</h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Support cross-functional projects by gathering, consolidating, and maintaining project data, ensuring clear visibility of progress, open tasks, and potential risks.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Coordinate with production, procurement, and program teams to follow up on open topics, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth communication between stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Assist in improving operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, contributing ideas, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Provide hands-on support in the preparation, coordination, and execution of test campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Contribute to strategic operations projects, including the development of scalable test planning and verification frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations team.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Help maintain project documentation, track action items, and support reporting to ensure timely project delivery.</span></p></li></ul> <br> <p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Structured and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Excellent communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take ownership and follow up on open topics.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Genuine Interest in operations, manufacturing, testing, and continuous process improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Fluent in English;
