We are looking for someone flexible and reliable who is comfortable filling in the gaps, spotting what needs attention, and supporting the team wherever the workload calls for Coordination:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> You help coordinate the on boarding processes for our new hires, scheduling, documentation, system access, preparing the welcome merchandise and making sure everything is ready before their first day.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">HRIS Maintenance:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> You assist in keeping our HRIS accurate and up to date, whether through your regular monthly update or as changes come in throughout the month.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Employee Inquiries:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> You act as a first point of contact for everyday employee questions, answering what you can and routing anything more complex to the right person on the team.</span></p></li><li><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">General HR Support:</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> You fill in the little gaps across HR operations, whatever the are currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor's or Master's), ideally in HR, business administration, psychology, or a related field.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">You are flexible
