<h2><strong>Your role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">As our <strong>Working Student in Procurement Operations</strong>, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day purchasing execution. You will support the team by taking ownership of the order cycle - ensuring orders are placed accurately, tracked closely, and delivered on time - while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced supply chain environment.</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Execute the Order Cycle:</strong> Take ownership of administrative Purchase-to-Pay activities, including creating, verifying, and sending out purchase orders (POs) to our suppliers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Track &amp; Follow Up:</strong> Monitor delivery timelines, track open orders, and proactively follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Maintain Data Accuracy:</strong> Keep our system up to date with accurate delivery dates, quantities, and pricing, ensuring our database reflects reality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Support Cross-Functional Alignment:</strong> Act as a reliable point of contact for internal teams (like Operations and Accounting) to clarify delivery statuses or order discrepancies.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operational Ad-Hoc Support:</strong> Assist the procurement team with daily administrative tasks and data preparation when needed.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Your profile</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Available to support us for <strong>20 hours per week</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You love working with structure and precision.
