Yacht Cleaner

Main duties will centre around the yachts, the customers, and the base. Working hours vary and you MUST be able to cover operational requirements including early and evening shifts as required. The weekend are the busiest days at base and will be working days, days off will be scheduled mid-week.<br><br>Our exterior yacht cleaning teams play a vital role in our business. You will be a key driver in providing that “wow” factor when customers first step on board their vessel. It will be your responsibility to deliver superior cleaning excellence to ensure the outside of our yachts meet the standard that give our guests that exceptional first impression.<br><br><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong> <br><br><ul><li>Carrying out a full clean of the yacht from the bridge deck to engine bays, including a rinse, soap wash, and chamois, followed by detailing of the yacht.</li><li>Ensuring the yachts are presentable to the highest standards set by the company, which will include;</li><ul><li>Scrubbing the exterir of the yachts daily</li><li>Cleaning f shower curtains, rails, external cushions, and bilges.</li><li>Cleaning and detailing f all lockers (gas, anchor and water locker), cleaning inside and all rims and outside edges.</li><li>Cleaning and detailing f the helm station including winch handle pockets, cup holders and dorades</li><li>Buffing f the yachts</li><li>Cleaning all rubbing strakes and make sure all exhaust utlets are spotless</li></ul><li>Reporting any defects noticed whilst cleaning to the technical manager</li><li>Utilizing chemicals in a safe and cost-effective way</li><li>Suggesting improvements for cleaning techniques</li><li>Any other reasonable duties as assigned by your line manager, including supporting with other departments, and cleaning of other areas.<br></li></ul><strong>What We Are Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience in a cleaning position is desirable</li><li>Comfortable moving around yachts confidently</li><li>A desire for excellence</li><li>Superior attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and able to show initiative</li><li>Takes pride in their work, and desire to excel in delivering yacht cleanliness to the highest standards</li><li>Able to work under pressure to deadlines</li><li>A team player that will assist others when required</li><li>A hard worker, who is reliable and professional</li><li>Dedicated to our guests and the guests experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion<br><br></strong>We believe people perform best when they can be their true selves, and diverse teams drive better results.
